SQUARE PERMA-RAIL padding is a PERMANENT, square, lean-proof rail padding that offers media coverage on all sides. It's attractive look is seen on most MLB horizontal dugout top rails. It's smooth, custom-fitted look is enhanced by sponsorship advertising or team branding printed directly onto the vinyl, which provides the opportunity to recoup the cost of installation over a very short period of time. Perma-rail is most often accompanied by wood-backed vertical padding on the upright rails. Netting must be installed on the rails prior to the installation of Perma-rail. Due to the innovative clamping system, Perma-rail is not designed to fit over chain-link fencing.

UNI-RAIL CIRCULAR PADDING circular padding system consists of two pieces, the foam folded over the rail and a separate vinyl cover. The cover is easily secured with zip-ties through grommets, and the system can be installed along horizontal and vertical rails, or complemented with another style of padding.

SEWN CIRCULAR PADDING - FLAT WRAP
Standard round rail padding - installed by simply wrapping and pulling zip ties. With its one-piece construction, it is a cost-effective option that can be used for dug-outs, baselines, fence top padding, and any facility rails where padding is needed. It is also the easiest to install along vertical or horizontal rails. It features one-piece construction with the padding sewn inside of its vinyl cover, allowing for a simple "wrap-around and zip-tie through grommets" installation style.

Circular Sewn Rail Padding
How to Measure for RAIL PADDING:
The first thing you do when measuring rails for padding is draw a simple diagram of the area, then follow these steps:

Do not measure over existing padding. Remove all existing foam and vinyl wrap first.

At ground level, measure from the ground to the bottom of the highest rail. (fig. A)

At ground level, measure left to right, from the inside to the inside of the farthest rails. (fig. B)

If there is a horizontal center rail, measure from the top of the center rail to the bottom of the top rail. (fig. C)

If there is a horizontal bottom rail, measure from the top of the lowest rail to the bottom of the center rail. (fig. D)

Measure from the ground to the bottom of the lowest rail (fig. E) and/or from the ground to the bottom of the center rail, whichever applies. (fig. F)

Measure the circumference (around the rail) of the top rail (fig. G) and circumference of the vertical & horizontal posts. (fig. H)

Provide the number (#) of vertical posts

Indicate whether the top rail corners are 5 square or 5 curved.

Provide a digital photo, along with your measurements.
